Haven't we been saying this for years? YOUR children cost EVERYBODY money!

"Children can be expensive, and not just for parents."

How so, you may ask? From the article:

"As a general principle, a household that's sending more than one child into the school system is probably costing the town money."

What the family pays in taxes doesn't equal what's spent to educate children and provide other services. Childfree and childless households stand a chance of contributing money rather than draining it from limited town and county resources.

Want to help your local economy? DON'T HAVE KIDS. Support efforts to bring age-restricted housing to your area instead of regular housing developments that attract families. Your city's budget will thank you.

Nothing personal, parents; it's just business, and right now, "the village" can't afford your kids.

I always find it hilarious how people are vegan/organic only/hybrid driving/recycling/low carbon footprint/eco-friendly blah blah blah...with 4 kids. Hello! If you really want to be as "eco-friendly" as you claim stop breeding!

No offense, but this has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard.
It takes money to educate children because its necessary in order for society to function.
The person you go to for medical care was once a child who was educated, as were the people who run the stores you shop in, build the roads you drive on, direct the movies you watch and built the house you live in.

YOU got an education, I assume. Who are you to say that educating children is an unecessary expense? And who are you to tell someone else how many children they may or may not have?

I understand that the childfree community is by and large bitter by their lack of acceptance of their choice, but what I don't understand is how you can turn around and mock the choices of others.

We live in a society where we are all free to do as we please. If you would like to live in a society where everyone has one or no children, then feel free to move to China. Or save up all the money you're able to pocket by not having children and buy your own island. And take the rest of the child-hostile, family-hostile kooks with you.

Dear Psycho Mama,

Shut up. Why the hell should people who are childless pay the same amount in taxes when they themselves aren't even utilizing the services? If you have more kids you should be taxed more, not given tax breaks/welfare at every turn, which is likely half the reason you heifers keep keep breeding. Nobody should have to support your hellspawn but you, Bottom Line.

As for a free-to-breed society, Look where it has gotten us. Overpopulation, resource depletion, disease, over-taxation, global warming, etc. All of the problems with this society can be traced back to overpopulation, and deep inside what is left of your rational brain (or at least the part you baby-zombie didn't eat) you know it.

P.S. We aren't bittier of our choice, We're bitter that your kids ruin our good times. You know, the good times we can afford to have because we don't have a cute leech draining us of our time, money, and youth.
